Matt Lamb paintings adorn new Chicago restaurant

Food lovers and art lovers now share an exciting new dining destination in Chicago.

Benny’s Chop House (444 N. Wabash Street) is now adorned with a selection of abstract, semi-abstract, and figurative paintings by Matt Lamb.

Mr. Lamb, I see your paintings will be in a steak house.  I alwayslike your comments about cows and other animals and was wondering yourposition on animal rights, and whether cows should be slaughtered formeat when there are plenty of other ways to get protein besideskilling other mammals.
